Hotel is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Casual, open lobby with a nice sitting area. Courtyard was wonderful and a peaceful spot to relax in the evenings. Water and snacks are provided on the lobby and our stay included a substantial breakfast. Getting there can be a little difficult. Neither the taxi or Bolt we used could deliver us to the door, but the walk was short. When we left the staff called a cab that picked us up right in front. We appreciated that greatly. Room was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. There is a bar, but note that the hotel staff make and serve the cocktails, so you need to be clear on what you want and ask if they can make it. Wasn’t a problem for us as we just told them how to make what we wanted. Getting beer and wine is very easy. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. They helped us find a great Portuguese restaurant.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of Alfama, near to the Castle and the Pantheon. It was very clean and modern inside, the bedroom had everything we needed but was a little on the small side. Breakfast was plentiful with a continental and hot choice.Liked the nice touch of free beverages on offer in the reception. The Staff are a credit to the hotel they were very friendly and never too busy to answer any questions we had about Lisbon, (even drying our clothes after a day out in the rain)

The rooms are immaculate and bright with nice long windows that open. Rooms and bathrooms are smaller than many Americans are used to but more than adequate with comfortable beds and nice toiletries. The breakfast was the best! Plenty to choose from and enough that we didn’t need lunch. Beautiful inner courtyard to relax in. The staff are friendly and helpful. Taxi or Uber can drop you off a one minute walk away. Great location in Alfama- not crowded as the Baixa and other areas were.

Extremely clean and very comfortable. Open space to enjoy a wine after enjoying the Lisbon’s sites. Fantastic service by all staff, and the breakfast was amazing! Loved having the hotel organise our pick up from the Airport - that was so worth it after flying in. Perfect location! Tram 28 stop just up the street, perfect viewing location around the corner! Amazing restaurants, we went to the Altar, not far from here… amazing!!! Enjoy getting lost :) It’s amazing at every turn!!

The rooms were comfortable, lovely and clean. Good shower. Good location to explore especially the old town. Breakfast was good and served until 11am. The bar and reception area was comfortable and there’s a nice courtyard with outside seating. Complimentary water and coffee 24/7. There are tram lines at the top of the street. Also plenty of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance (take good shoes).
